Came in with both rear tires losing air pressure and asked for an inspection. They not only checked the rear but the front also. They were able to repair one of the rear tires but I needed to replace the other and they gave me options that I could live with. We were on the road again in just over an hour and still made it to our next stop in a timely manner. Great service by friendly and courteous staff. Drove 5 hrs from Arlington to see family, got here to SA and saw the tire separated…. called discount they wanted me to wait a week, mind i gotta 5 hrs back the next day…. Called here and they got tires the next morning. Amazing service!
I came in to this location because it’s right next to where i get maintenance for my car with toyota, but i have warranty with Big O’s on my tires so i get my rotations at Big O’s. I usually go to a different location so I didn’t know that I had to go to the same location every time but despite this location not having any information on my car or any information on my warranty, they still rotated my tires for free. amazing service!
