This was a wonderful experience
Melanie was super helpful and of course was offering popcorn and playing great movies, I felt at home and comfortable. What stuck out to me how clean it was with everyone coming in, and it only just being Melanie in the building. Great experience overall!
This laundromat was possibly the cleanest and most pleasant laundromat I’ve been to! Not huge, but there were only a half a dozen other people there when I went around mid day. Good snacks and drinks for sale. The woman working there was super friendly and helpful, the prices were very reasonable and affordable, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I will make this my go to place when I need such a facility. Great experience overall!

Very friendly and helpful
Plenty of clean machines of all sizes. Not very crowded when I was there in the early afternoon. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful explaining the use of the machines and the promotional card where you get a free $5 with a $20 purchase.

I drive out of my way to come get my laundry done here. The time I spend doing laundry is amazing fast and convenient the time I come. It’s always clean and the staff is so friendly. Outstanding washers
Roseanne is a very nice lady to work with . She is very helpful and knowledgeable. She is the reason I come to this location and not to mention the outstanding washers and dryers. The hospital grade washing you get from the UV sanitizer system they have is out of this world . Very clean restrooms they have.

Can’t recommend this place enough
Bianca is the best! Not only was her energy already great, but she did such a great job with our laundry. She made sure to ask if I had any preference with washing, whether it was separating the clothes in different groups or having a certain cycle like gentle. I came by with 4 large bags worth of laundry and she washed and folded all of it within 3 hours! On the busiest day! I appreciate her so much and cant recommend this place enough. Thank you Bianca!!

Made my laundry day very fun
Bianca was by herself and had so much laundry to do but was very attentive and took time away from doing her job to make sure I was set up okay and knew which machines were working. She was informative on the the machines and when to add detergent and things made sure that clothes weren’t dried excessively. She kept a positive attitude and smile and definitely kept my spirits up and made my laundry day very fun. She had the place spotless th whole day nothing out of order or out of place.

We’re delighted with the result
The Eilan Hotel in San Antonio has no laundry facility and were unable to recommend a local pickup service. We took our chances with an unknown company and we’re delighted with the results. Next day delivery. Neatly folded. They even found and removed a small blood spot on my favorite pants. $38 for 10 days of dirty clothes… and I didn’t need to Uber to a local laundrymat and waste 3 hours of vacation.

Everyone has always been pleasant
I have been coming here for 5 years and absolutely love this laundromat. It is always clean and well maintained. I travel 11 miles to do my big items my home washer won’t take care of. Everyone has always been pleasant . If you get a chance to stop by, say Hi to Nancy she will take care of you!
