Being just minutes away from downtown while living in the quiet Mahncke Park area is a huge plus for city renters.
This property takes advantage of its great location by offering modern interiors with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and upgraded lighting. You basically get the best of both worlds because you have urban access and a relaxed neighborhood feel.
The amenities are also very impressive. There is a 24/7 fitness center, a resort-style pool, and even a fun hammock garden for relaxing.
Pet owners will love the leash-free bark park that comes with its own water stations.
Just keep in mind that the application fees are non-refundable and approval is not guaranteed. However, the chance to get a private yard or garage near Alamo Heights makes it a very strong option to consider.

Signing a lease is a big commitment, but Sonterra Blue Apartments makes it much less scary with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the place does not feel right, you can move out and get a refund.
This is a fantastic option if you are relocating to Stone Oak and want to be sure about the neighborhood.
I know someone who moved in recently, and they were very happy with the European cabinets and spacious nine-foot ceilings. You also get access to a resort-style pool and a business center if you work from home.
Having a washer and dryer ready to go in your unit is another huge plus.
That said, you’ll have to pay extra for things like parking and garages. If you want a covered carport, make sure to add that to your budget.

The layouts are very smart and even include built-in desks, which is a huge win if you work from home or study late.
Management works hard to keep everything running smoothly, and the pricing is very fair for the amenities you get. You can enjoy the pool, the gym, and several pet-friendly areas.
Since the complex was built in 2005, it might not have that brand-new look some people want. This can be a drawback for renters or buyers specifically seeking modern architectural aesthetics and the latest contemporary design trends.

Property staff are so helpful and kind. The maintenance guys are so awesome. Apartments were built in the 90s, and haven’t had any major updates since then. No major updates may seem like a bad thing, I promise it’s not. The complex keeps everything so well-maintained, the apartments don’t show their age at all. The apartment has a dishwasher/ice maker fridge/washer-dryer hookups in the kitchen. The pools area is well-maintained and gym is nicely equipped. I am really happy with my decision to move her
