Contact: (210) 349-4040 | Text: (210) 605-5570
Hours: Monday to Sunday: 9:00AM–7:00PM

Four Sisters Catering is known for handcrafted dishes made fresh from scratch every day, with a strong focus on warm, attentive service.

With more than 26 years of local experience, they bring a hospitality-driven approach to corporate catering that feels personal and reliable.

When we used them for a large department training session, they handled a wide range of dietary requirements without any issues.

The menu included bright organic salads and low-sodium entrées, and everything arrived well-prepared and consistent across the group.

Their in-house delivery team also makes a difference, since it removes the uncertainty of relying on third-party couriers.

On top of that, they can assist with planning larger events, including coordinating extra details like event music when needed.

The main limitation is scheduling. Weekend corporate trainings can be harder to arrange since they only operate by appointment on Sundays, so those dates need to be planned well in advance.

Pros

  • Accommodates varied group sizes
  • Reliable in-house delivery
  • Full-service event planning
  • Late evening phone support

Cons

  • Sunday services require appointments
  • Walk-in visits end early

From set up to clean up, they were amazing

Tiffini, Nicole and the crew did a great job once again.   This is the second year that we have used Four Sisters Catering for an office Christmas party.   I didn’t think they could outdo last year’s performance but they did. From set up to clean up they were amazing.  Four Sisters really takes the headaches out of throwing a party!  The food was all fantastic.  See you next year (unless I can find a reason to throw another party sooner!)

2. Nome’s Catering and Event Planning Services

Address: 11825 West Ave #102, San Antonio, TX
Contact: 210-570-2035
Hours: Monday to Sunday 8:00AM–8:00PM

Deeply rooted in the local food scene for over two decades, Nome’s Catering and Event Planning Services builds its menus around Southern-inspired flavors.

They focus on fresh ingredients and avoid pre-packaged shortcuts, so everything is cooked from scratch and feels thoughtfully prepared.

That approach carries over to events as well. If you’re looking for a wedding caterer, their table-side service adds a polished, formal touch that also works well for corporate dinners.

At the same time, they keep things practical with budget-friendly boxed lunches that are filling enough for a busy team.

They also handle post-event cleanup, which makes a big difference when you just want to wrap up and relax after a long day.

The only thing to watch is pricing for add-ons. If you’re planning a cocktail hour, passed appetizers start at a higher rate compared to their more affordable standard meal packages.

Pros

  • Highly affordable boxed lunches
  • Complete multi-course boxes
  • Formal table-side delivery
  • Comprehensive post-event cleanup

Cons

  • Premium pricing for appetizers
  • Strict portioning on plated meals

I haven’t has such flavorful food since my last visit to New Orleans

Nome’s brought some delicious food by the office the other day.  What a treat, fried chicken, seasoned greens as well as dirty rice.  I haven’t has such flavorful food since my last visit to New Orleans. Her menu is so varied there are enough selections to cover any dietary preferences you might have.  I must say this girls got soul!

With over thirty years in the corporate lunch space, Apple Spice Box Lunch Delivery & Catering focuses on scratch-made meals designed to keep an entire office satisfied.

They’ve clearly thought through the logistics too. Each meal is labeled with the recipient’s name, which makes distribution quick and avoids the usual confusion.

When we ordered their sandwiches for an all-day conference, that small detail made a big difference.

They also include all the essentials, from plates to garbage bags, so you’re not scrambling to fill in the gaps.

Delivery is flexible as well, making it easy to plan around late-morning meetings or larger campus events.

The only limitation comes with their hot buffet options. There’s a strict fifteen-person minimum per selection, which can make it less practical if you’re ordering for a smaller group.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Accommodates tight delivery windows
  • Inclusive vegetarian options
  • Scales for massive corporate events
  • Convenient all-day delivery coverage

Cons

  • Strict hot food group minimums

They also do a great job keeping energy up during long meetings, with interactive break setups that include snack stations and plenty of coffee.

For larger gatherings or team celebrations, their buffet service is smooth and efficient, making it easier to feed a crowd without added stress.

If you’re hosting something more formal, they also offer executive upgrades with full china for a more polished setup.

Just keep in mind that their standard drop-off lunches come with high-quality disposable ware. If you need real dishes for a regular meeting, you’ll have to request that as an additional upgrade.
