We booked HG as our caterer for our wedding held at The Oaks at Heavenly. The tasting went well, they were reasonably priced and the food was hot and AMAZING. We had the Garden Salad, Heavenly Chicken with Poblano sauce, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans with bacon, rolls and the Panini as a late night snack. My guests loved all of the food especially the panini which was yummy! They even provided meal options for a few guests who were Vegetarian/Vegan and this was also good! I highly recommend Chef Junction catering services. They are superior. I consulted with Chef Juan when first looking for a caterer. After describing what my husband wanted for his military retirement ceremony and reception, Chef Juan helped form a theme for the menu and for how the event could flow. I was invited to a Wedding Reception at a friends home and wow I was surprised that Chef Junction and team were there. The menu was fantastic and the presentation was excellent. We had Tenderloins as our entre’’ and it was prepared to perfection. It was so well seasoned and tender. I usually cook a meat until it’s so well done it’s lost the flavor but Chef Juan cooked it medium rare and it was the best. If I ever have the chance, I would definitely use his services.
