I had a great stay here at New choices. We had such a good community that really helped me with my stay and helped in my journey of sobriety. Staff was very helpful and were very easy to talk to when I needed anything! My therapist Matt was amazing. RC’s Sylvia, Stephanie, John, Joe, and Destiny really were always there helping us out with anything and everything!
Discharge staff Parker also made the transition so smooth!

Since the center is run by people in recovery themselves, the leadership offers a very empathetic service grounded in first-hand experience.
I once helped a client through their admissions process, and having constant access to the outreach team was very helpful during a stressful time. They even provide free transportation from San Antonio to their residential facility.
The center uses a special type of therapy to help residents resolve trauma faster than traditional methods. Their family workshops are also excellent for rebuilding relationships, such as in marriage counseling sessions.
One downside is that the San Antonio location is only an outreach center. This means patients must travel outside the city to stay at the residential treatment facility.

I’m coming up on a year of sobriety and I have much to be grateful for, and a large part of that gratitude goes to Infinite. At each stage of treatment, I always felt safe and in a positive environment. The staff were all incredible, most of which I still hold friendships with. The program is intensive but so is addiction, and it is completely life changing. Blue Heron is on a beautiful and serene piece of property, it’s a great option for anyone who is struggling with mental health or substance use. The staff genuinely care about each and every client.
