Along with unlimited time, we liked how customizable everything is. Their Style Selection App let us choose the vibe we were going for, whether that was dark, warm, or something more classic. It really felt like they had options for every couple.
What stood out the most to us was how easygoing the whole experience can be. The photographers make sure they don’t miss a single moment. One shared with us how they even got on the dance floor with guests, which made the vibe so much more relaxed and fun.
That said, some issues came up after the wedding. One couple waited over five months for their video, and there were mistakes like the groom’s name being misspelled. Responses were also a bit slow at times.
