This was the first time being at the surgery center and everyone at the surgery center was very nice and very friendly. The doctor’s follow up attention was always amazing
Despite being a difficult patient, requiring various levels of treatment, Dr. Bruggeman, Kim, and the entire staff were exceptional. For the first time in 7 years I have no sciatica pain. The separate procedure for collapsed cervical spine also has resulted in neck mobility and lack of pain for the first time in ~25 years. The doctor’s follow up attention was always amazing and appropriate. I thoroughly recommend his group without reservation.

We were extremely impressed with Dr Joshi as we met him for the first time. He was so professional in his demeanor and asked all the right questions to put both my husband and me at ease. Great improvement over the previous pain
I love Dr Webb & I like Dr Lou also… great improvement over the previous pain Dr. I had an issue with a $50 bill for a no-show for an appt I KNOW I didn’t make (got the text reminding me on Sat for appt on Mon) & I left a voicemail at 9am stating I wouldn’t be there at 2pm but had to pay it anyway. But I really blame the previous pain Dr. I paid it because I don’t want to change spine surgeons. But so far I’m satisfied otherwise

Very knowledgeable on his field
Met Dr. Gerardo Zavala, II, today. I was referred to him by my doctor in Laredo to see if he could do surgery on me for spinal lumbar stenosis. Dr. Zavala had me do x-rays first and because I have scoliosis, he decided that I need several CT scans and other exams before he decides if I am a good candidate for surgery. He was very nice, answered my questions and seems very knowledgeable on his field. All his staff was very nice! Will definitely keep seeing Dr. Zavala!
