Never as an adult have I been treated with this much dignity and respect at a doctor’s office. The staff, nurses, and doctors all are very polite, kind, and efficient. My Dr. takes her time to address all of my concerns and describe things in detail. I couldn’t be happier and I’m so glad I’ve made this place my primary care location. This facility utilizes an innovative co-located care model, meaning you can get tested, treated, and pick up your medication from their onsite pharmacy all in a single visit.
They offer completely free or low-cost prevention and treatment services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. They even offer statewide virtual care options if you prefer to handle your prescriptions from home.
Despite the welcoming atmosphere, the administrative workflow can be quite sluggish. You might face frustratingly long wait times past your scheduled appointment, often exacerbated by delays in receiving digital intake forms and sparse front desk staffing.
They make you feel welcomed and very comfortable.
