Stepping in front of a camera can feel intimidating, but The Artists Collective is great at helping people feel confident and at ease. With nearly 20 years of experience, the founders offer customized portraits blending editorial and fine art styles.
I recently spoke with a colleague who booked a session here, and they couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable they felt throughout the entire process.
The studio also places a strong focus on heirloom portraiture. In other words, they aim to capture genuine and meaningful moments rather than stiff, posed images.
Because they only accept a limited number of clients each year, they’re able to offer a more personal and attentive experience.
However, their boutique, premium approach means pricing may be higher than average, and standard rates aren’t listed publicly.
Photos are beautiful
We did a mini shoot with Nancy for our family photos and I cannot say enough good things! She made the process so fun, natural, and smooth – the kids had a great time and did not complain at all. The photos are beautiful and we happily display them all throughout our home. We will definitely be booking more shoots with Nancy in the future, including studio photos and a branding shoot for my business .

That said, some families have reported product issues and unmet service expectations through the Better Business Bureau.

Just keep in mind that their services are focused on school milestones, so they may not be ideal for headshots or family portraits.
We had a great experience
My son took his year book and cap and gown pictures with Cady . We had a great experience. From the moment we walked into the studio we were greeted right away and every person we came in contact with were super nice and polite. All photographers my son worked with were professional and made my son feel comfortable. They even allowed us parents to take a photo with my son. The front desk young ladies were all super helpful and they even helped us out with adding another photo setting. Great experience ! We recommend this company with 5 ⭐️!

Amazing experience and wonderful memories!
B. Greene is an amazing photographer and person to have been our designated photographer for our senior pictures. My daughter typically hesitates taking pictures however you would not tell by looking at any of her pictures that he has taken. He has really brought out the photogenic side of her. She was dreading a 3 – 4 hour session although you definitely wouldn’t know the backstory as she is really enjoying her special session today celebrating her senior year. Thank you so much for an amazing experience and wonderful memories!!!

This is my second time booking with Krystal and I am always happy with the results! She is so wonderful to work with and she is very professional.
