Our veterinarian prescribed a compounded medication for our very sick kitten. Regular drug stores said they could not “do compounds.” The staff at Evolve were SO compassionate and made up the compound immediately. We raced it to the vet’s where our kitty waited in ICU. He turned the corner that night and is again bouncing off the walls as kittens do. Evolve saved our kitten’s life! I will always recommend this pharmacy and their caring staff. Wonderful Specialty Pharmacy. My spouse needed a specialty medicine and other pharmacy’s simply said they couldn’t obtain the medication. Christina answered the phone very pleasantly and stated they didn’t have that medicine in stock but offered to order it. She kept me well informed of delivery. It did take some extra days but I understood this was on the suppier and not them. When I went into the pharmacy the level of customer service provided was superb. I felt like a special customer. The pharmacy is bit out of way but I gladly return.

Everyone was very nice and Valerie was super efficient and helpful and quick. Some days,like today, are harder than others. I have a little one with Autism who was having a tough day and I was relieved when I got word his supplies came through and the service I experienced actually made my day a bit better which leads to easier. Davila Pharmacy located on Guadalupe and San Jacinto sts is the friendliest of pharmacies with all the extras! I visited for my first covid shot and was greeted by nice bilingual associate who was making sure everyone was masked and maintaining social distance. Beautiful serene courtyard and in and out in minutes. I scanned the pharmacy and was greeted by several staff on entry. They had a wide array of supplies, braces, looked like a great place.

This was the only pharmacy in San Antonio that could put my compounded prescription together asap. Most of the others stated they needed to send off to lab, which would take 5-7 days.
