The 5 Best Medical Spas in San Antonio for a Fresh, Natural Glow

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Medical Oversight: A facility's safety directly correlates with the involvement of licensed physicians and experienced nurse practitioners. I prioritized locations that maintain strict medical supervision during invasive procedures.

Treatment Variety: Different aesthetic goals call for more than one treatment path. I favored clinics that offer a wider mix of laser therapies, injectables, skin services, and regenerative options.

Patient Experience: The atmosphere of a clinic matters, especially for first-time visitors who may already feel nervous. I focused on places that seem welcoming, informative, and patient with consultations.

Value and Pricing: Affordable entry points and flexible payment options can make regular upkeep easier to manage. I paid attention to accessible trial pricing, memberships, and financing where available.

Long-Term Efficacy: Quick fixes aren’t always the best value. I gave extra weight to clinics that also offer collagen-building treatments and other options aimed at longer-lasting improvement.

Finding the best medical spa in San Antonio takes more than spotting a pretty lobby or a long list of treatments.

You want a place that feels safe, well-run, and clear about what they actually do well, especially for injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation. It also matters that the staff can explain options without making the whole visit feel salesy or rushed.

To make the search easier, I pulled together local med spas that stand out for oversight, treatment variety, patient comfort, and long-term value.

How much does going to a medical spa cost in San Antonio?

Most medical spa treatments in San Antonio run about $10 to $25 per unit for injectables and $100 to $2,000 for larger sessions, depending on the treatment and provider.

TreatmentAverage Cost
Botox / Neuromodulators$11-$15 per unit (~$250-$500 per session)
Lip Fillers$575-$1,000+ per session
Chemical Peels$250-$350
Polydioxanone (PDO) Thread Lifts$700-$3,000
Facial Balancing$1,500-$2,200
Laser Hair Removal$100-$1,000+ per session

1. Stadia Medical Spa

stadia-medical-spa

Website: http://www.stadiamedspa.com/

Address: 21 Spur Lane Suite 110

Contact: (210) 881-6270

Hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Walking into a clinical setting can feel intimidating, so having a board-certified plastic surgeon overseeing everything here gave me peace of mind right away.

Stadia Medical Spa is owned and directed by Dr. Jaime R. Garza, and that medical oversight shows up in the way consultations are handled.

When I went in to ask about uneven texture and early signs of aging, the licensed medical esthetician took time to map out a plan instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all treatment.

The clinic also has a strong lineup of Venus Concept technology, which makes it easier to mix laser, skin tightening, and resurfacing options in one place.

Their tiered memberships let you bank units for regular maintenance, and the post-laser recovery dressings are a thoughtful extra after more intense sessions.

The main drawback is the commitment. The perks are appealing, but the $300 cancellation fee means you need to be very sure before signing up for a monthly plan.

Pros

  • Immediate on-site physician expertise
  • Flexible membership and banking options
  • Comprehensive personalized skin consultations
  • Access to exclusive post-laser recovery products

Cons

  • Strict $300 membership cancellation fee

Customer Reviews

Made me feel totally comfortable the whole time.

Naz at Stadia Med Spa is amazing! She’s super helpful and really knows her stuff. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel totally comfortable the whole time. As a laser tech and injector, you can tell she’s experienced and genuinely cares about getting you the best results. Highly recommend seeing Naz!

HIGHLY recommended!

I ultimately chose Stadia Med Spa for all my services because during my consultation with Darby she answered all of my questions honestly, gave me great information, and made me feel comfortable. I have had a HydraFacial and Laser treatment done and both have been fantastic. I’ve also had one cool sculpting treatment, but it’s too soon to tell results on that one. So far everyone here has been so sweet and wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!

2. MEDICTECH SPA – MED SPA

Hours: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Finding premium skincare that doesn’t feel out of reach can be tough, so Meditech Spa stood out to me for its low barrier to entry. Their Ageless Signature Facial at $59.99 makes it easy to try the place without a huge upfront spend.

They also branch out beyond the usual med spa menu with dentist-grade teeth whitening and body sculpting, which is helpful if you’re getting ready for a big event and want several services in one stop.

I was especially drawn to how often clients mention quick inch-loss results from the fat-freezing treatments.

If you’re still exploring aesthetic clinics, the trial pricing alone makes this one worth a look. They also offer Affirm financing for retail products, which helps if you want to spread out the cost of skincare purchases.

The tradeoff is that some proprietary product lines can get expensive fast. Their premium offerings may not suit someone who wants to keep every part of the experience budget-friendly.

Pros

  • Highly accessible introductory trial pricing
  • Rapid results from body contouring treatments
  • Financing options available for retail products
  • Integrated cosmetic dentistry and teeth whitening

Cons

  • Expensive advanced proprietary skincare lines

3. San Antonio Med Spa

san-antonio-med-spa

Website: https://samedspa.com/

Address: 4400 Broadway Suite 105

Contact: (210) 446-6263 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday, Wednesday-Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Focusing on cellular healing instead of only quick cosmetic fixes gives San Antonio Med Spa a different feel from many med spas in town.

What caught my attention here is the emphasis on Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA)-based regenerative treatments, hair restoration, and wellness support alongside injectables.

They use exosomes and Platelet-Derived Growth Factor to support dormant follicles. There’s also a wide mix of neuromodulator brands here, so patients have more room to match treatment preferences.

I was glad to see specialized intimate wellness services on the menu, too, since that’s not something every clinic offers.

The downside is availability. Sunday is completely closed, and Saturday hours are short, so scheduling can feel tighter if weekday appointments are hard for you.

Pros

  • Cutting-edge cellular healing and DNA injectables
  • Holistic integration with medical weight loss
  • Broad spectrum of available neuromodulator brands
  • Multiple convenient locations across the city

Cons

  • Closed entirely on Sundays
  • Highly restricted four-hour Saturday availability

If I could give them 10 stars I would! A++

Alina is not only fabulous but she is passionate and truly knows her craft. The spa is beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional. 100% recommend for all of your facial treatments and beauty spa needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would! A++

The entire experience was seamless.

Alina has such an amazing eye for natural results and made my whole treatment feel easy and completely stress-free. My face looked so snatched afterward just exactly the refreshed look I was hoping for!

Also, Stephanie and the team made booking so much easier. The entire experience from scheduling to treatment day was seamless. Highly recommend!

4. Khronos MedSpa & Laser

khronos-medspa-laser

Website: http://www.khronosmedspa.com/

Address: 2119 McCullough Ave

Contact: (210) 842-7758 | [email protected]

Hours: Wednesday-Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Select Mondays & Saturdays, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

First-time cosmetic treatments can come with a lot of nerves. Khronos MedSpa & Laser does a good job creating a calmer, less pressured environment.

It has more of a boutique, judgment-free feel, which makes sense for people who are still figuring out what they want.

I really appreciate that the clinic leans into collagen-building options like Sculptra and Polydioxanone (PDO) threads instead of focusing only on quick filler fixes. That can appeal to patients looking for longer-term structural improvement.

The late hours are another big plus. Staying open until 8:00 PM on most operating days makes after-work appointments much more realistic. Plus, CareCredit support helps with financing.

But since the clinic mainly opens later in the week, early-week consultations are harder to get, which may be frustrating if you prefer Monday or Tuesday appointments.

Pros

  • Highly personalized and collaborative care
  • Focus on long-lasting structural biostimulators
  • Late operating hours for convenient scheduling
  • Relaxing and exceptionally welcoming atmosphere

Cons

  • Operational days heavily skewed to late week

Customer Reviews

Consistently goes above and beyond.

I have had an excellent experience with this med spa. Compared to others I have visited, their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. The quality of service is exceptional, and every treatment I have received has met or exceeded my expectations. I look forward to continuing my care with them and highly recommend their services!!!

Recommend this place to anyone looking for a med spa.

I love Khronos! Excellent care with very knowledgeable professionals. I have the Gold Membership and it’s a steal for all you get with it. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a med spa.

5. Esthetica Medspa San Antonio

esthetica-medspa-san-antonio

Website: https://estheticamedspa.com/

Address: 1205 N Loop 1604 W Suite 232

Contact: (210) 319-2900

Hours: Monday, By Appointment Only; Tuesday-Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM; Thursday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

When experience is high on your list, Esthetica Medspa has a strong case. The brand reports more than 18 years in business and over 500,000 treatments completed across its network, which gives the clinic a more established feel from the start.

I was impressed by how they pair advanced cosmetic technology with a broader wellness approach instead of treating every concern like a one-step fix.

Their nurse practitioners handle more involved services with confidence, and the educational consultations are useful if you’re also comparing options for a neck lift.

They’re especially known for laser hair removal that can hold up for years with only occasional touch-ups, which adds to the long-term value.

The one drawback is that the booking experience can feel a little more corporate than what you get at a smaller independent spa. If you prefer a very local, boutique vibe, that difference may stand out.

Pros

  • Extremely experienced and skilled injectors
  • Highly enduring laser hair removal results
  • Thorough and educational patient consultations
  • Rigorous national network safety standards

Cons

  • Corporate atmosphere from a multi-state franchise
