I stopped by their showroom on San Pedro Avenue recently, and honestly, being able to actually see and touch the materials gives you way more confidence in what you’re picking out.
Another huge plus is their process. They order everything before they even start the demo. This saves you from that nightmare scenario where your kitchen sits torn apart for weeks just waiting for one specific tile to ship.
The only catch is their schedule. Since they close early on Saturdays and are fully closed on Sundays, it’s a bit tough to find time to visit if you work a standard 9-to-5. But if you can squeeze in a trip, their organized approach is definitely worth it.

Notably, they operate on a massive scale, having completed over 80,000 projects. That said, they definitely have their process down to a science.
I actually had a friend use them for her bathroom, and she emphasized how the installers treated her house like it was their own with the care they put in.
Plus, I also like that they make the financial side easier with strong options like 18 months with no interest, which helps spread out the cost.
One real restriction, though, is their client list. They are strictly a homeowner-only service, so if you’re a renter or a property manager looking for renovations, you’ll unfortunately need to look elsewhere.

The only real catch is their reach. Their service area is pretty tight, so if you live outside of San Antonio or Bulverde, you’re likely out of range. But for locals, it’s a fantastic option.
