We also love that they charge rates based on the scale and complexity of the recruitment.

Their speed and precision are worth noting. Their promise to present candidates within 24 to 48 hours is backed by a vast, constantly updated candidate database.
For employers, this rapid turnaround is further boosted by real-time performance analytics and ongoing candidate support.
One of Trinity’s unique strengths is its ability to manage large workforces of up to 300+ employees. We saw this in its track record after working with a major manufacturing company in Seguin.
However, during our interviews, multiple candidates reported being dissuaded from pursuing their desired roles. On one side, we believe that there are certain situations that are simply impossible due to distance or pay gaps.

What we liked about The Liberty Group is its specialty and services. They offer temporary staffing and direct hire placements. They also do executive searches tailored to multifamily, student housing, and commercial real estate.
One of their most impressive offerings is the RapidHire™ payroll service. It enables clients to onboard new hires and have them working within 24 hours.
