Have new dryer and can’t get anything dry on the first try. I’ve had multiple persons “snake” the vent from from behind the dryer, but no one went on to the roof to check. FINALLY, Roy from Patriot Dryer Vent Cleaning came and showed me just how bad the clogged vent was, and frankly imminent danger of fire. He blew out the vent from behind the dryer and and placed a new vent sleeve because the old one had holes. Roy also drained my hot water heater, which had never been done.
