Best Botox in San Antonio: Top 5 Providers for Youthful Skin

We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.
  • Injector Credentials: We looked for clinics led by medical doctors or employing registered nurses with specific certification in aesthetics to ensure safety.
  • Consultation Quality: We prioritized places that offer thorough facial analysis rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach to injections.
  • Pricing Transparency: We checked if businesses were upfront about per-unit costs and hidden fees like booking deposits.
  • Atmosphere and Comfort: We assessed whether the environment felt sterile and clinical or relaxing and spa-like to ease any needle anxiety.
  • Follow-Up Care: We considered policies on touch-ups and how responsive the clinic is to post-treatment concerns.

Living in San Antonio means dealing with relentless sun and a social calendar that never quits, from Fiesta events to patio nights at the Pearl. Plus, maintaining a fresh, youthful look remains a priority for many residents.

Young professionals often seek “baby Botox” for prevention, while others pursue full facial rejuvenation to reverse deep lines. Regardless of the goal, finding the right injector is critical.

We’ve scoured the city to find the most skilled hands in the business so you don’t have to risk a frozen forehead. Here are the top spots to get refreshed in the Alamo City.

How much does Botox cost in San Antonio?

Budgeting for injectables can be tricky because no two faces are the same.

Generally, you should expect to pay between $10 and $15 per unit in San Antonio.

If you want to smooth out some early fine lines, a “pre-juvenation” session might run around $250. However, for a more comprehensive treatment tackling deep forehead lines or crow’s feet, the price often sits closer to $500.

Keep in mind that specialized injectors or board-certified dermatologists may charge a premium for their expertise. While first-time client specials are great, you shouldn’t choose a provider based on price alone.

1. Nova Aesthetics

nova-aesthetics

Website: https://novaaesthetics.com/
Address: 6483 Blanco Rd
Contact: +1 210-348-9164
Hours

  • Mon – Fri: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Sat: 10 AM – 3 PM

Nova Aesthetics functions as a comprehensive wellness hub through its partnership with Formula Wellness.

Their standout feature is the “360-degree approach,” where aesthetic clinic treatments meet serious health diagnostics like metabolic analysis. This medical-grade focus makes you feel like you are in safe hands, even though the vibe is distinctly luxurious.

During my visit, I really appreciated how the nurse injector didn’t push extra units on me, which is a refreshing change from the upselling common in other clinics.

I also like that patients can combine beauty maintenance with internal health optimization in a single visit. However, be prepared for their fee structure.

They charge a booking fee that you lose if you don’t cancel 48 hours in advance, which can be steep if your schedule changes often.

Pros

  • Partnership with Formula Wellness
  • Relaxing spa-like atmosphere
  • Accepts Cherry and Care Credit
  • Qualified Nurse Injectors

Cons

  • Non-refundable $50 booking fee

2. Stadia Medical Spa

Website: https://www.stadiamedspa.com/
Address: 21 Spurs Ln Unit 110
Contact: +1 210-881-6270
Hours

  • Mon – Fri: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Sat: 9 AM – 12 PM

Stadia Medical Spa distinguishes itself with a doctor-led model and a history of over 100,000 treatments performed since 2006. For patients prioritizing safety, this specific volume of experience offers significant reassurance.

The clinic prioritizes “immediate availability,” making this a reliable spot for anyone who thinks they need a touch-up right before a big event.

Because of their varied service offerings, booking a quick Botox session and scheduling laser hair removal in the same consultation can be pretty convenient.

However, a clear downside is that they only have one location. For residents outside the Medical Center area, fighting San Antonio traffic to reach Spurs Lane can make quick lunch-break appointments difficult.

Pros

  • Doctor-led for safety
  • Free consultations available
  • Quick appointment availability
  • Customized payment plans

Cons

  • Single location limits access

Customer Reviews

I am extremely satisfied with the results

Chelsea was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to listen to my skincare concerns and explained each step of the treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the results and would absolutely return for future services. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality skincare and excellent customer service.

For my first time getting Botox, I was very pleased.

For my first time getting Botox, I was very pleased. Naz put my mind at ease and reassured me that I would love the results. She was correct. I also had the Hydrafacial. I was very pleased with all the junk Gina got out of my pores. If you are looking to take care of your skin I highly recommend Naz and Stadia spa.

3. Jules Aesthetics & Wellness

jules-aesthetics-wellness

Website: https://julesmedspa.com/
Address: 3010 Napier Pk Suite 102
Contact: +1 210-622-2334
Hours

  • Mon – Fri: 9:30 AM – 5 PM
  • Sat: 9:30 AM – 5 PM

Jules Aesthetics & Wellness brings a unique “Science & Soul” philosophy that you won’t find at a typical strip-mall medspa.

The founder, Shakira Cabrera, has a background in trauma and plastic surgery, and her team includes former military medical personnel.

This can also translate to military-grade discipline and anatomical precision applied to your face, a huge selling point for anyone wanting exact results.

Interestingly, they also offer niche treatments like the “Fern Technique” for skin strengthening.

When you visit, it feels more like a holistic clinic than a beauty parlor, which can be a good thing if you want expert efficiency, or, on the contrary, a little cold if you want a cozy, warm atmosphere.

One trade-off to consider for this specialized expertise is the location. Being tucked away in Shavano Park means it isn’t the most convenient stop for people living in downtown or Southtown.

Pros

  • Trauma/Surgical background staff
  • Holistic wellness approach
  • Advanced niche treatments
  • Transparent staff credentials

Cons

  • Limited to Shavano Park area

All of the staff is always so welcoming. I trust Shakira with my face, she has always taken great care of me and she is fun too! She has advanced medical knowledge, training and is a very skilled provider. I would recommend Jules to anyone interested in facial treatments and more.

Everything about this place is amazing.

Been seeing Clair for my lip filler and Botox and she’s amazing! Everything about this place is amazing. The environment, the ladies at the front desk, and their effort! I highly recommend this place to all my girlfriends! They don’t have to but they absolutely go the extra mile to remember each one of their patients and grow a personal relationship. Their work speaks for itself. This place is worth every penny!

  • Tue, Thu: 10 AM – 6 PM

The Skin Elite positions itself as a luxury destination for head-to-toe rejuvenation, led by Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Laura P. Galvan.

High-end amenities and a polished interior create an atmosphere of opulence here, aimed at those who want their medical treatments wrapped in a high-end experience.

Their “Elite Babe” membership is a brilliant option for regulars, offering exclusive pricing that makes maintaining your look more affordable over time.

What’s most notable here is how injectors apply an artistry approach when it comes to their procedures, studying facial symmetry to ensure results look natural rather than plastic.

While the amenities are top-tier, their cancellation policy is one of the strictest we’ve seen. You will be hit with a $150 fee for no-shows or same-day cancellations, so you need to be absolutely sure of your schedule before booking.

Pros

  • Elite Babe membership perks
  • Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
  • Luxurious facility amenities
  • Open select Saturdays

Cons

  • Strict $150 no-show fee

Customer Reviews

Very happy so far with Skin Elite

This is my first time doing any Botox/filler. Everyone at Skin Elite is so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They really focus on what it is you want (without any judgement) and do a great job with appointment scheduling, communication, and answering any questions or concerns you might have. I see Laura for my treatments and she is super down to earth and seems to really know her stuff. I always walk out feeling more confident than when I walked in. Very happy so far with Skin Elite and how sweet and genuine the staff are, so I will definitely keep coming back!

Very attentive and listened to my concerns.

This was my first visit with Skin Elite. I had been wanting to try this place for so long and I was not disappointed. Staff was very friendly. I worked with Dominique and discussed my goals for treatment. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns.

She was very easy to talk to and explained the procedure and the expectations post-treatment. I left feeling confident in the service that was provided to me. Looking forward to seeing my results and working with them in the future.

5. Stone Oak Dermatology

stone-oak-dermatology

Website: https://www.stoneoakdermatology.com/
Address: 109 Gallery Cir #135
Contact: +1 210-494-0504
Hours: Mon – Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM

If you prefer a clinical setting over a spa environment, Stone Oak Dermatology is one of the heavyweight contenders.

Dr. Linda Banta, their in-house practitioner, is a designated “Expert Injector.” It is worth noting that her practice manages other medical concerns, too, like cancer screenings alongside aesthetic procedures like cosmetic fillers.

This is ideal for the suburbanite who wants a physician’s oversight for every procedure. They are also incredibly tech-forward.

Their online portal also streamlines booking and billing, keeping their process seamless.

However, be aware that some providers here have age restrictions, such as treating patients 10 and older, which is unusual but speaks to their specific medical focus.

It might feel a bit more “medical” than “pampering,” but the results are undeniable.

Pros

  • Designated Expert Injector
  • Full dermatology services
  • Online booking and payment
  • 25+ years of experience

Cons

  • Specific provider age limits

Customer Reviews

Highly recommend this Dermatology Clinic.

Completed all the required paperwork on an iPad (which was very efficient and easy). Waited about 10 minutes after completing the paperwork. Dr Blakeley came in right away and was very friendly and understanding of my concerns. Highly recommend this Dermatology Clinic.

I’ll definitely be back.

Raquel was wonderful. She had the lightest touch when doing my Botox. No bruises and no pain at all. And she listened to me thoroughly without seeming in a rush. I’ll definitely be back.
