This office is wonderful. The staff is welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I’ve been profoundly deaf since birth, so I’ve worked with many offices, and Dr. Massey is easily one of the best audiologists I’ve ever worked with. I went through an alternate organization to secure funding for my hearing aids, and Dr. Massey navigated that complex process for me. She then programmed my hearing aids perfectly when I went in for my fitting. I typically need multiple programming adjustments, but her expertise made this process incredibly easy. I’ll be returning to Dr. Massey for as long as she is practicing!

Amazing staff and audiologist came in to fix my Oticon hearing aid and they had it fixed and I was leaving in less than 10 minutes. The front desk was extremely courteous and friendly.
